I've been on the hunt for a wide turtle necked jumper, I found this one at Newlook and fell in love,

At a glance i thought it was a dress, but then realized the high waisted slits on the sides were quite high to be worn as a jumper dress. 

You could propably get a away with it as a dress if you're more of petite size, you'd just need to size up.
